Hub One receives packages on your behalf without opening them. By becoming a member, you declare and warrant that no shipment sent to your Hub One address will ever contain any of the following:

Account Termination Policy

Hub One does not open packages. However, if any shipment to your Hub One address gives rise to a legal, regulatory, customs, or security issue — including but not limited to inspection, seizure, or investigation by any authority — your membership will be terminated immediately and without refund. Hub One reserves the right to cooperate fully with all relevant authorities and accepts no liability for consequences arising from a member’s prohibited shipment.

Personal — KSh 1,500 / month

Dedicated Hub One address, secure receiving and storage, instant arrival notifications, up to 10 parcels per month, flexible self-collection hours. Founder rate locked for 12 months.

Concierge — KSh 4,000 / month

Everything in Personal plus unlimited parcels, home delivery included, personal assistance on demand, priority handling above all tiers, gift preparation and document handling. Founder rate locked for 12 months.

Business — KSh 9,500 / month

Professional business address and receiving, inventory storage and management, order fulfillment and dispatch, returns handling, dedicated account manager, multi-staff access. Founder rate locked for 12 months.

Founder Pricing

Members who pay before July 31st, 2026 lock in their founder rate for 12 consecutive months from July 15th, 2026. After this window closes, standard rates apply.

1. Agreement

By purchasing a Hub One membership, you agree to these Terms. Website: hubone.tsegroup.world. Effective July 15th, 2026.

2. Membership Tiers

Hub One offers Personal, Concierge, and Business tiers. Hub One reserves the right to adjust inclusions with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Founder Pricing

Available to members completing payment on or before July 31st, 2026. Locked for twelve (12) months from July 15th, 2026. Non-transferable.

4. Membership Activation

Memberships purchased before July 15th, 2026 activate on July 15th, 2026. Onboarding details delivered before opening date.

5. Cancellation — Personal

Cancel at any time by written notice. Effective end of current billing month. No refunds for current or prior months.

6. Cancellation — Concierge

Cancel at any time by written notice. Effective end of current billing month. No refunds for current or prior months.

7. Cancellation — Business

Minimum 14 days written notice required. Effective end of current billing month. Inventory must be collected within 7 days; uncollected items incur KSh 200/day storage fees.

8. No Arrears Refunds

No refunds for any month already billed and paid across all tiers. Refunds within the current month only at Hub One’s discretion for documented service failures.

9. Prohibited Items & Account Termination

Members must not ship hazardous materials, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited goods to their Hub One address. Hub One does not open packages. If any shipment causes a legal, customs, or security issue, the member’s account will be terminated immediately without refund. Hub One will cooperate fully with all relevant authorities.

10. Member Conduct

Members agree not to use Hub One services for any unlawful purpose. Membership may be terminated immediately and without refund in cases of confirmed misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hub One’s liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed KSh 10,000 per incident unless additional coverage has been arranged in writing.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

13. Amendments

Hub One reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with 30 days’ advance notice.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Processing and managing your membership
• Notifying you of arrivals and updates
• Verifying identity at collection
• Maintaining accurate account records

4. Data Sharing

Hub One does not sell or trade your personal information. Data shared only where required by law or with payment processors under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

Premises secured by CCTV and controlled access. Digital records protected by access controls and secure storage.

6. Data Retention

Member data retained for membership duration plus three (3) years following cancellation.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. We respond within 14 business days.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Effective July 15th, 2026.

• The “Hub One” name and all brand marks
• Logo, color system, and visual identity
• All service descriptions and membership tier structures
• Operational methodologies and proprietary systems
• All written content on Hub One platforms
• The tagline “Your address. Your access. Your assistant.”

3. Prohibited Use

No individual or company may replicate or commercially exploit any Hub One intellectual property without explicit written authorization.

4. Enforcement

Hub One actively protects its intellectual property through all available legal remedies. Effective July 15th, 2026.

Concierge Membership

Cancel at any time by written notice. Effective end of current billing month. No refund for current or prior months.

Business Membership

14 days’ written notice required. Inventory collected within 7 days of cancellation date. KSh 200/day storage fees for uncollected items.

No Arrears Refunds

No refunds for any month already billed and paid across all tiers under any circumstances.

Current Month Refunds

May be considered at Hub One’s discretion for documented service failures directly attributable to Hub One.

Founder Pre-Launch Payments

Non-refundable once processed. Confirms activation on July 15th, 2026.

How to Cancel

Contact Hub One via official email or WhatsApp with your full name, membership tier, and member ID. Confirmation within 2 business days.
